In accordance with Chapter 514 of the Laws of 2016, effective July 1, 2017, the Sweet Home Central School District will post the following documents on the district's website:
- External audit report
- Any corrective action plan prepared in response to findings contained in the report or management letter
- Any final audit report issued by the State Comptroller
- Final budget
- Any multi-year financial plans
The audit report will be updated each October after finalization of the prior school year's financial reports. The multi-year financial plan is subject to constant change and will be updated once annually, in the fall.
Other adjustments made in accordance with the law include the use of an updated Property Tax Report Card format from NYSED, prepared and published during budget season after the budget is adopted by the Board of Education along with a board resolution for all payments from or transfers into reserve funds.
