Private/Charter School Registration

There are two forms that need to be completed if  you are new to the district and your child is attending a private or charter school.

There is a form for our Business Office as we receive invoices from private/charter schools for residents who attend. This is a form in lieu of the full registration packet. Click here to complete this form.

The Special Bussing Request is to be completed if you require transportation to the private/charter school AND the school is within a 15 mile radius of your home.
