2. Make an appointment with Human Resources by calling 716-250-1408. 

Important: If you are going to be first eligible, there are timelines you must follow in order to receive District incentives.

• Teachers' date to declare retirement is January 15 for a July 1 date of retirement
• Service Employees' date to declare is 60 days prior to your retirement date
