We want to welcome Ms. Nagham Ar-Rawi, our new Family and Community Liaison, to Sweet Home. As a positive contact in this role, Ms. Ar-Rawi will provide parent-to-parent support for families, helping to bridge the gap, particularly for our multilingual families, between home and school. For our Arabic-speaking families, she can be called as needed to provide translation and interpreter services. Ms. Ar-Rawi will work closely with our Family Support Center to assist families in making connections with community agencies and programs within the school district, as well as help monitor attendance.

Hello, I am Nagham Ar-Rawi. I am a person who is enthusiastic and driven in life. With a passion for learning and growth, I constantly seek new opportunities to challenge myself and expand my knowledge. I am a proud parent of a son and daughter and love to spend quality time with them. In my free time, I enjoy cooking, reading, and exploring new places. I believe in being kind and empathetic towards others and strive to positively impact the world. I am excited to meet new people and make meaningful connections.

As someone dedicated to making a positive impact, I, Nagham Ar-Rawi, focus my efforts on serving the non-English speaking community. My fluency in two languages is valuable in facilitating connections and providing educational support for children. I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my work, which further allows me to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those around me. I am grateful for the opportunity to use my skills and education to make a positive impact, and I look forward to working with the Sweet Home community.
